These activities are under your own risk, talk to your doctor, and consider your health condition before making changes in physical activity and/or diet.

Tabata - Walking (20/10 Intervals)
1. Warm-Up: Walk at your normal comfortable pace for 3–5 minutes.
2. Tabata Walking Intervals (8 rounds = 4 minutes)
Each round:
- 20 seconds – Walk as fast as you safely can (or light jog)
- 10 seconds – Slow down to a relaxed, easy walk
3. Recovery Walk: walk at your usual normal pace for 2–3 minutes.
